《Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences)》《華中科技大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)（醫(yī)學(xué)）（英德文版）》（雙月刊）創(chuàng)刊于1978年，郵發(fā)代碼：38-56，由華中科技大學(xué)主辦以英文（或德文）刊登醫(yī)學(xué)及其相關(guān)領(lǐng)域科研論文的學(xué)術(shù)期刊。 《Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences)》主要刊登基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)、法醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)、中醫(yī)中藥學(xué)等方面的科研論文及臨床研究，介紹先進(jìn)的診療技術(shù)。讀者對(duì)象為國(guó)內(nèi)外高級(jí)醫(yī)藥、衛(wèi)生、科技人員。 《Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences)》是我國(guó)最早進(jìn)入美國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)文摘（IM）檢索系統(tǒng)的刊物之一，之后進(jìn)入全球最大數(shù)據(jù)庫PubMed供世界各國(guó)研究工作者查詢，2005年被世界著名出版公司Springer公司“中國(guó)在線圖書館”全文收錄，2007年被美國(guó)《科學(xué)引文索引》（SCI-E）收錄。同時(shí)，本刊多次榮獲國(guó)家有關(guān)部門和省政府的表彰與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
